Although ‘Infinity War’ is still moving ass, the newly released home invasion / revenge flick 'Breaking in’ starring Gabrielle Union was able to secure the third spot in the rankings by bringing in $17 million, surpassing it’s $6 million dollar budget by over double.

'A Quiet Place’ is still going strong but has dropped to 5th overall taking in nearly $6.5 million and bringing their domestic total very close to $170 million which is just one of the many reasons why they have announced a sequel to the film.

And not to be ignored, 'Rampage’ is still trying to keep on the board but has dropped to 7th with a domestic total of $89 million.

The Faceless Man

'The Faceless Man’ is a brutal horror film that blends paranormal with psychological elements. The film raises questions on our greatest fears and presents them on a silver platter. Put simply, this is not a politically correct film.

HORROR SHOP OF THE WEEK: HELLO GOREGEOUS

Last week, I introduced you to Nightshade’s Cellar, a monthly subscription box of handmade horror products curated from a selection of the best indie shops specializing in bath, beauty, accessories, art and all things dark and beautiful. As I mentioned, I’ve discovered many of my favorite small businesses through items included in these boxes. One of those shops is the absolutely amazing Hello Goregeous, run by the lovely Alicia Collins.

Alicia is a horror-loving wife, pom mom, metalhead, bookwork, and a self-proclaimed sarcastic bitch with a splash of girly — a girl after my own heart! I fell in love with Alicia’s work first. Through her shop, she creates amazing horror and Halloween jewelry, home décor, beauty products, and accessories.

But later I also became a huge fan of the talented woman behind the killer products, as Alicia also happens to be one of the kindest, most generous and all-around amazing people you’ll ever meet. Her products definitely stand on their own, made with the highest quality and irresistibly creepy cute, but the fact that she’s also so genuine and caring definitely makes buying from her an even greater pleasure.

Alicia pours her heart and soul into her business. A lifelong horror fanatic, she started her shop as a way to express her passion for the genre and be a part of a community she truly loved. She taught herself how to make crafts, jewelry, hair bows, and other items — learning to create all the items she herself wanted to buy but couldn’t find anywhere else.

She genuinely loves her customers and goes out of her way to make sure they are happy. I’ve personally been fortunate enough to test out a couple of her new scrubs (spoiler alert: they are amazing!), and she was very concerned that I was 100% satisfied with every aspect of the product, from the way it looked to the way it smelled to how it made my skin feel. She wanted it to be absolutely perfect before she put it in her store, and that just reinforced how committed she is to quality.

She’s also an advocate for the NKY Children’s Advocacy Center, which just makes me love her more. She sells Halloween charm bracelets and donates the proceeds to her charity. The bracelets can be purchased in her Etsy shop with a variety of charms.

Check out the Hello Goregeous Etsy shop at www.etsy.com/shop/helloGOREgeous and follow her on Facebook at Hello GOREgeous and on Instagram at @helloGOREgeous. She can also create custom pieces for you and encourages customers to message her via IG, FB or Etsy.
