When a sock eating crazy old man (Gary Busey) wins the lottery he soon finds out that winning is the least of his worries. His best nursing home buddy (Nick Nolte) is on the prowl for the ticket. Even worse, a Lottery killer has not taken to losing the lottery too lightly. In fact this killer (Rutger Hauer) kills the winners for winning. When the killer sets his aim on the nursing home where the old man lives. It turns into a nightmare.
