This week for the Christina bash she we review Happy Birthday To Me (1981) about a group of college kids who drink a lot and die a lot for someone’s special party. It's wonderfully insane. Then we review (off season) April Fool's Day (1986) where a special island party is happening with a bunch of Muffy's College friends and soon they all start to disappear. You will soon find out that what has happened to them might shake the very foundation of your reality. Plus, speaking of foundations... Christina made a special Birthday Shot we do this week. This week we picked two random Japanese films from the 2000's that deal with 2 Haunted Villages that have been sunken by a dam. We review faux documentary Noroi: The Curse (2005) about a journalist looking for a missing woman and child who somehow keeps disappearing every time he's close. He teams up with a few psychics to find the true horror of what's going on. Then we picked a new one that just released in the US called Howling Village (2019) by Takashi Shimizu who was the creator of Ju-on The Grudge. About a cursed and haunted location known as 'Howling Village'. When a family gets wrapped up in a few disappearances they fall deep and deep into the depths of this villages dark history. We had a hankering for some Stephen King, so we decided to review one of his many mini series available. One that we hadn't seen in a long while. The Tommyknockers (1993)! "The small town of Haven becomes a hot-bed of inventions all run by a strange green power device. Starting with Ruggero Deodato (director of Cannibal Holocausts) RAIDERS of ATLANTIS (1983). A whacky adventure of Mike and Washington who take on Atlantis On Bullet at a time. Atlantis doesn't have a chance... Then we resurface for Lucio Fulci’s (Director of City of the Living Dead) WARRIORS OF THE YEAR 2072 (1984). Essentially "The Running Man" movie that Dadarno Sachetti claims ripped off his story. Which was based on the 1982 Novel of the same title by Stephen King. Coincidence? or Ripoff? You be the judge.

Christina Returns! To give Alex a hard time... She's back with another vampire film?! Yep. This time 2 films from South Korea. We review THIRST (2009) Where a priest becomes a vampire and has to fight against his desires. Then I SAW THE DEVIL (2010) where a special agents wife dies by the hands of a serial killer and he goes on a revenge spree to torture the serial killer. Both movies have won awards for their stories and performances. So buckle up these are not for the faint of heart. Plus, we give loads of trivia about the films.

Yes! Patrick our ex host of the podcast returns to talk about a couple 80's and 90's supernatural flicks that had us want to go out and buy pajamas. First we review the movie Don't Panic (1988) About a 17yr old boy who sees through the eyes of a supernatural killer who stabs people 13 times. He does so in Blue, Red and White Dinosaur Pajamas. Can he put a stop to evil before it kills all his friends? Then we review Cthulhu Mansion (1992) where a group of thug kids kidnap a magician and his assistant (daughter) in their own home. That's when they find out that something evil is lurking in the house picking them off one by one! Both movies should satiate most of your needs or will they. Find out!
This week we decided to take a look at the first 2 Cabin Fever movies. We had planned to check them out a year ago, but figured maybe NOW is the time to review both. Did they hold up? After what we went through this past year is it as affective as it might have been for a movie about infectious diseases? We dive in without gloves into this world that Eli Roth created and has now spun off 2 sequels and a remake. We talk about all of it this week and pour heaps of disinfected trivia all over you. Hammer Horror Week is back! That's right we spun the Wheel of Horror and ended up with a few wild ones. First up we review These Are The Damned (1962) about a black leather gang who teams up with an old dude to try and stop experiments on kids. Then we review Vampire Circus (1972) about a town that is cursed by a vampire who they killed. Everyone is dying of a strange disease until one day a strange circus comes through to finish off the job! Will anyone survive? Will we? Find out in this weeks episode.

This week we decided to review a few horror titles from 2005 that were mainstream. White Noise (2005) with Michael Keaton listening to EVP's of his deceased wife on TV's and recordings trying to solve the mystery of his movies bad CGI. Then we jump into the movie that was the first to kill Paris Hilton. That's right House of Wax (2005) did that. Which is about a group of annoying kids who stumble on a murderous family and get picked off one by one by ol' waxy himself and added to his collection. It's a good one guys. We got especially wild in the breakdowns and spoilers. PLUS LOADS of trivia!
This week we decided to pick killer cats & dolls as our horror topic. Both Comedies! First with a web series turned feature film about a cat that is possessive of it's owner. Or should I say Possessed? w/ HELL'S KITTY (2018). Then we dive into an Elmo like doll that comes to life when a guy decides to grow up and throw away his childhood. Benny does not Love it. In Fact, he kills because of it in many wonderful bloody ways. w/ BENNY LOVES YOU (2019). All this and all the trivia your little horror brains can take! Plus we announce our winner for the giveaway!
This week we picked two movies to review from the 80s with MONSTERS. That's right we kick it off with Monster Dog (1984) Starring Alice Cooper revisiting his home town only to find out it is over run with rabid dogs, his lost fathers curse and more. Then we jump into the new Vinegar Syndrome release of The Cellar (1989). This is the never before seen version directors cut they released. About a boy rekindling his relationship with his father in a town in TX while something EVIL lurks in the basement. We review both spoiler free, talk trivia and spoilers after.
What kind of horror hosts would we be if we didn't go back to the old days?! Last week we spun the Wheel of Horror to pick a Hammer Horror Film called The Old Dark House (1963) a comedy horror movie from the studio! Then we asked you guys to pick a 2nd film to watch in a poll. Which it was tight but you guys picked The Curse of the Werewolf (1961) about the origins of a Werewolf! Boy is it messed up. We are back with a few horror comedies w/ vampires and zombies that should make you laugh. This week we dove into I BOUGHT A VAMPIRE MOTORCYLE (1990). A guy buys a bike that Satan himself has turned into a blood sucking hog from hell! Chock full of blood, silliness and laughs. Then we review MY BOYFRIENDS BACK (1993) about a boy named Johnny who returns from the dead so as to not miss his VERY important date with the love of his life on Prom. He's falling apart to make the date and it turns out he has an appetite for human flesh.
We review a couple of new Vinegar Syndrome Releases that were sent to us. Two movies we both had not seen before too. One a slasher in the middle of Rush Week (1989) w/ a killer that preys on the ladies at the college. Is it the local frat or is it much more sinister?! Then we review Last Gasp (1995). Where a murderous developer Leslie played by Robert Patrick (T2) kills off an entire tribe in Mexico and is possessed by the remaining native in their final and last gasp.
