Let's get all sacrilegious with some Nunsploitation horror films! That's right we picked 2 Italian directed films to check out this week. THE OTHER HELL (1981) by Bruno Mattei about a convent that is falling apart seemingly by the claws of Satan. Then we watched DARK WATERS (1993) by Mariano Baino who's vision is a creepy tale about a convent on an island that no one dares to go except Elizabeth who wants to find out who her mother was. The further she digs the more bizarre and creepy her findings get. All jam packed in this fun little episode! Join us!
This week things get really weird. Holy cow these movies! So bad it's good? You be the judge. First we take on Claudio Fragassos (Director of Troll 2) NIGHT KILLER (1990). A story so crazy and acted so poorly that you will have your mind blown. Then we take on Don Dohlers NIGHTBEAST (1982) about a space alien that crash lands on earth to run amuck punching out peoples chests and lasering them into burnt shadows. Both are just insane. We review them with trivia and even make a shot for one of them this week! Check it out.
This weeks Flesh & Potatoes is Troll & Troll 2 with our Special Guest Vash. Two movies that don't actually stand together in story but are both pretty odd. We kick it off with Empires “Troll” first and talk about the crazy creepy creatures and its silly soundtrack that gets stuck in your head. Plus a lot more. Then we dive into what is considered to be the best worst film ever made with “Troll 2”. We are pretty sure after we break down both of these movies and their trivia that you will be screaming “Oh my godddddddd...!” to Cantos Pronfanae.
