Since is November we decided to do more Adjacent Horror Titles for a change.. So this week we chose Cheesy Sci Fi movies! That's right! Two movies chock full of it. We start with TRANCERS (1984) A movie about Jack Deth who's from 2224 in the future. He loves expensive real coffee and hunting down Trancers. When one of the Trancers goes back in time to threaten the Councils life in the future. He has to go back to stop him. The we watched and review CROSSWORLDS (1996) which is about a young man who's father was a trans dimensional warrior who fought some time ago, but after many years have passed.. other dimensional warriors come looking for the necklace his dad gave him. It's a key to a very powerful weapon that can destroy all dimensions as we know it. It's Scifi like you have never seen it. One on 4k too! So join us!
One week before we hit Halloween month! Are you guys ready for a good week and an even better Halloween month!? This week we are gonna get started with some evil before the fun begins. That's right we watched and review 2 evil movies. We also give a shout out to a recent supporter and discuss this weeks preparing of VOIDTOBER! Then we jump into our evil flicks starting with MESSIAH OF EVIL (1973). Which is about a woman looking for her father but when she arrives to the town the town is overrun with strange people acting very oddly. She teams up with some random strangers to track her father down as a blood moon is about to shine on this Lovecraftian story. Then we review FEAR NO EVIL (1981). A film by Frank LaLoggia (his first in fact) about a young man named Andrew in High School who is the Antichrist. Can 2 reborn Angels wake up and save the world from Satan before everyone starts bleeding from the head? This week is pretty evil guys. JOIN US!
This week we decided to check out some micro budget Horror Comedies that you can watch FREE! That's right, this week is all about Tumbleweeds and Vampires! We kick things off with a short talk about what we've been up to and Alex tells a few Bus stories. Then review the movie KILLER TUMBLEWEEDS (2008) about a news anchor hellbent on saving the world from killer Tumbleweeds that eat babies. Then we jump into Oops! You're A Vampire (2022). Which is a movie about 2 sisters and one of them turns into a vampire. The family helps feed her until they can no longer handle the mayhem. It's a fun wild episode this week. With loads of derailing and loads of appreciation for super indie films. JOIN US!
This week we delve into the notorious Bruno Mattei's Italian horror catalog. Plus, we even premiere our new segment called Happy Monday. Which is story time with Christina telling us some crushing weird news in the world to get your week started. That's right it's zombie time with his last two films in fact. If you don't know Bruno, he was the rip off king! He would put many scenes from other movies or homages in his films. We talk about his life and these two movies. Starting with ISLAND OF THE LIVING DEAD (2006) where a group of treasure hunters get surround by fog and get ship wrecked on a island filled with the living dead. Not just zombies either. Then we review and talk about Bruno Mattei's Final film ZOMBIES THE BEGINNING (2007) where the last movie left off with Sharon being rescued. She goes back to the dread island under false pretenses. When her old pals come back to bite her but not before she Ripley's (from Aliens) her way out of it! All in this big ol' BRUNO episode! JOIN US!

THE VISIT (2015) about a couple of kids who seek out their mothers estranged parents to finally visit them and find out who they are. Only when they get there things start to get pretty scary. OLD PEOPLE (2022) After years of neglect and being pushed to the side into forgotten homes and hospitals the elderly get filled with rage and start killing off everyone they come into contact. Voidtober LIVES! We continue our BTV Halloween with VOIDTOBER with a few movies that might tickle your murder bones. Starting with a Italian/Mexican horror movie that definitely IS NOT Zombies, but many have considered the first FAST MOVING Zombies in horror. Tarantino and Roth have loved this film but is it all that? NIGHTMARE CITY (1980) Tells the tale of a what happens when a nuclear power plant changes people into blood thirsty hairy scabs who wield weapons and a mouth full of teeth. After reviewing that masterpiece we move on to the reboot of Evil Dead. Where a new group of kids go to help their friend kick a bad heroin addiction but find she's possessed by an ancient evil. One of the more brutal remakes of horror. See what we thought about it compared to the older films and even the TV show. We get in deep for both films and talk about trivia too! Jokes a plenty. DEADBEAT AT DAWN (1988) about a gang leader who leaves his gang for love and his GF is brutally murdered to bring him back into the fold. He's back for revenge. Then we take on the Action Spoof movie that you may have never heard of but NEED to see. It's LETHAL FORCE (2001) about 2 best friends one a killer and one a best friend that gets forced to double cross his buddy by kidnapping his family. It all comes to a hilarious bloody end in this homemade action spoof. All in this weeks episode. Loads of FUN, Loads of Action and LOADS of Laughs. JOIN US!

This week we watch a few movies directly from Brazil! Yes and they are pretty demonic. First we talk about a smaller film that packs quite a punch called OUR EVIL (2017) which is the first feature film of a new director but it looks anything but. About a man who need to hire a killer to save his world. Then we jump into the slasherific Brazilian blood soaked film. SKULL: THE MASK (2020). It's LABOR DAY! You know what that means. We are going to turn the holiday around into our weird thing. That's right women going in to labor horror movies. First with The Unborn (1991) A woman named Virginia wants to have a baby and wouldn't you know it this new In Vitro process is all the rage. Doctor Meyerling who does it has other plans. To populate the planet with hyper intelligent mutant cannibal blood sucking babies! *DUN DUN DUN*. Then in the sequel The Unborn 2 (1994). A different mother and her newborn move into a house to settle in. It's just too bad her Rottweiler basket ball head having son wants to feast on anyone who comes into her home. That's right 2 movies about mutant pregnancy. Enjoy Alex going on a tangent in this one.
OMG! it's Christina’s Birthday! That's right. She's part old now... Thoughts & Prayers everyone... But seriously! She actually picked a few 80's movies to review? ON HER BIRTHDAY!? I think Alex is slowly bringing her to the dark side. This week for the Christina bash she we review Happy Birthday To Me (1981) about a group of college kids who drink a lot and die a lot for someone’s special party. It's wonderfully insane. Then we review (off season) April Fool's Day (1986) where a special island party is happening with a bunch of Muffy's College friends and soon they all start to disappear. You will soon find out that what has happened to them might shake the very foundation of your reality. Plus, speaking of foundations... Christina made a special Birthday Shot we do this week. This week we picked two random Japanese films from the 2000's that deal with 2 Haunted Villages that have been sunken by a dam. We review faux documentary Noroi: The Curse (2005) about a journalist looking for a missing woman and child who somehow keeps disappearing every time he's close. He teams up with a few psychics to find the true horror of what's going on. Then we picked a new one that just released in the US called Howling Village (2019) by Takashi Shimizu who was the creator of Ju-on The Grudge. About a cursed and haunted location known as 'Howling Village'. When a family gets wrapped up in a few disappearances they fall deep and deep into the depths of this villages dark history. We had a hankering for some Stephen King, so we decided to review one of his many mini series available. One that we hadn't seen in a long while. The Tommyknockers (1993)! "The small town of Haven becomes a hot-bed of inventions all run by a strange green power device. They're digging something up in the woods, and only an alcoholic poet can discover the secret of the Tommyknockers..." Then finally a review of Scanners 3 The Take Over (1991) where a sister tries out a new scanner drug that makes her go crazy and it takes her scanner brother to stop her from WORLD DOMINATION. Starting with Ruggero Deodato (director of Cannibal Holocausts) RAIDERS of ATLANTIS (1983). A whacky adventure of Mike and Washington who take on Atlantis On Bullet at a time. Atlantis doesn't have a chance... Then we resurface for Lucio Fulci’s (Director of City of the Living Dead) WARRIORS OF THE YEAR 2072 (1984). Essentially "The Running Man" movie that Dadarno Sachetti claims ripped off his story. Which was based on the 1982 Novel of the same title by Stephen King. Coincidence? or Ripoff? You be the judge.
