We Earl is sent a link with a video of his older brother Ben being drawn and quartered by 4 cadillacs. He sets out to find the secret organization that kills for money and power. He goes above the law and infiltrates the clandestine operation to find 4 extremely psychotic drivers who are serial killers with their cars. Killing people in all sorts of disgusting and brutal ways. Will Earl be able to stop the organization or will it be too late. One things for certain “That's not burning rubber you are smelling..”
