In this weeks episode of Rip Offs Vol 1. On this special episode we will be looking at 2 movies that blatantly ripped off their predecsors to make a buck. First is “Mahakaal” from 1993 the Bollywood Nightmare on Elm Street rip off that was just too good not to review. Then we jump into a whammy of a rip off by Bruno Mattei who is known for quite a few knocks offs. His inspiration this time? Well, not just one movie but 2 rip offs in ONE! That takes talent. His movie technically called “Shocking Dark” in the states, “Terminator 2” in Italy and of course “Alienator” in Japan. That's right this movie tried to rip from both “Aliens” and “Terminator” to cash in on those big bucks. Plus we talk about the news and create a #horrorshot for “Shocking Dark” that is ... creative. You'll be screaming “Sarah” over and over after this episode.

They may be a little deeper cuts into the genre than normal. This week we talk about the psychedelic adventure ride from hell called “The Boxers Omen”. Existential horror at its best? This one blew our minds as it's trippy gore splattered our eyes. Next we talk about the gore soaked “Evil Dead Trap”. No, not an unofficial sequel to Evil Dead. This week we take on a listeners movie title submission called.. “10 Red Tears in the Cage of the Salamander”. Crazy name? You betcha and it's a pretty great story that we made up for complete with sound fx in the story! The story is about a scientist who does experiments on Red Heads to grow back appendages on people but it goes horribly wrong. Pretty awesome stuff. We watched “Wild Zero” a tripped out Comic book Tarantino-esque adventure with rockabilly greasers, zombies, UFO's and crazy humor. Then we take on “Crazy Lips” which turned out to be a test of strength and weirdness. It Truly turned out the be the WTH we were looking for. Join us as we take on weird, unsettling & silly.
